Kelvynboy Discusses Attempts to Reconcile with Stonebwoy

Ghanaian highlife and Afrobeats artist Kelvynboy has opened up about his ongoing efforts to reconcile with Stonebwoy following their split. The rift stems from the expiration of Kelvynboy’s contract with Stonebwoy’s Burniton Music Group, which was initially signed in January 2018 and officially ended in January 2019, as stated in a press release from the label.

During an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, Kelvynboy revealed, “I’ve been trying for years. It’s not the first thing I think about when I wake up, but when it comes to my issue with Stonebwoy, I wish we could resolve it.” Despite his attempts, he noted, “Any time we’ve tried, I don’t think he’s ready. But me, I dey.”

Since parting ways with Burniton Music Group, Kelvynboy has continued to release hit songs and albums, gaining recognition in international music scenes. His latest single, titled ‘Man Down‘ and featuring Lasmid, showcases his continued success as an artist.
