MC Yaa Yeboah Shuts Down Rumors Linking Her to A Plus

Ghanaian media personality and outspoken MC Yaa Yeboah, has strongly debunked recent rumors linking her to politician and former musician A Plus, now a Member of Parliament. Speaking on Accra FM with host Nana Romeo, Yaa Yeboah expressed frustration over the false reports that circulated online, claiming she had a child with A Plus.

Dismissing the allegations, she called them “unfounded and baseless rumors with no truth to them.” According to her, the false news spread rapidly, with people continuously asking her about it.

Yaa Yeboah also criticized Ghanaian society’s tendency to tarnish the reputation of successful women, particularly rising female personalities. She highlighted how many assume women in the industry succeed only by engaging in relationships with men, rather than acknowledging their hard work.

“Even if a woman sleeps around, is that where Ghana’s tax money is being accounted for?” she asked sarcastically, adding that as a grown woman, she takes full responsibility for her actions.

Legal Action in the Future?

When asked whether she planned to take legal action, Yaa Yeboah admitted that while it would be a good step, she initially held back to avoid wasting resources—especially since the person behind the allegations is not even in the country. However, she made it clear that moving forward, she would take legal action regardless of where the person is located.
