Kwaku Manu Shares Update on Funny Face’s Recovery: ‘He’s Doing Much Better’
Popular Ghanaian actor Kwaku Manu has given an update on comedian Funny Face, who has been in the news for mental health struggles in recent years.
Speaking in an interview with ZionFelix, Kwaku Manu recounted Funny Face’s last psychiatric hospital visit, where his treatment seemed to make things worse instead of better. “He was taking his medication, but instead of improving, he was making wild allegations against Stonebwoy and others,” he said.
Seeing no improvement, Kwaku Manu and his team decided to seek spiritual help. On December 31, 2024, they visited Mama Vida, a well-known woman of God, who prayed for Funny Face and performed a deliverance session. Since then, Kwaku Manu confirmed that Funny Face has been calm, well-behaved, and looking healthier.
“It has been a while now, and there has been no controversy from him on social media. He is doing much better,” he assured fans.
Regardless, Funny Face’s progress has brought relief to his fans, and many are hoping for a strong comeback in both his career and personal life.
