Nick Cannon Regrets Underinsuring His ‘Family Jewels,’ Says $10 Million Policy Wasn’t Enough

Nick Cannon is rethinking his decision to insure his “family jewels” for $10 million, now expressing that the policy should have been for $12 million — one million for each of his 12 children. The Masked Singer host revealed in a recent interview with E! News that he regrets not raising the payout, jokingly explaining that “it wasn’t enough.”

Cannon originally announced in June that soap company Dr. Squatch had insured his “most valuable” body part, dubbing them “the most valuable balls in the world.” He drew parallels to other celebrities, like his ex-wife Mariah Carey, who insured her legs and vocal cords for $35 million, and Rihanna, who had her legs insured for $1 million.

Reflecting on the unusual insurance policy, Cannon quipped, “I gotta make sure my kids are taken care of when my manhood no longer works.” Despite this preparation, Cannon shared he isn’t slowing down anytime soon. “I still got a long way to go,” he added.

Cannon, a father of 12, shares children with multiple partners, including twins Monroe and Moroccan with Carey, and others with Brittany Bell, Abby De La Rosa, Bre Tiesi, LaNisha Cole, and Alyssa Scott.

While the insurance might have been undervalued, Cannon is clearly proud of his ever-expanding family tree, further joking that his “super sperm” isn’t retiring anytime soon.
